Original picture soundtrack from 1996 film "Last Man Standing", directed by Walter Hill and starred by Christopher Walken and Bruce Willis. 

A neglected masterpiece by Cooder which went out of print too soon and that deserves to be better known. In my opinion, this is the composer's masterpiece.

Thanks for this...saw it on TV the other day, and didn't realize it was Ry Cooder...until the end credits. You're right: This is one of his very best, and though the movie was a bit of a mutt, the soundtrack deserved a much better life.
